Quick and easy mackerel bruschetta




  1. Drizzle olive oil over toasts. Break up mackerel fillets and place on toast
  2. Finley chop the chili and scatter over bruschetta
  3. Half lime and squeeze over and season
  4. Finnish by chopping coriander and scatter, chop toast in half and eat!

Shopping List

  • 2 – 4 slices toast (we mostly use gluten free bread, so pictured)
  • Smoked mackerel fillets
  • 1 lime
  • 1 red chili
  • olive oil
  • Fresh coriander
  • salt and pepper
