Spicy Crab Spaghetti

Method

 

  1. Boil water and cook spaghetti to instructions on box. Make sure you rinse well pasta once done, drizzle with olive oil and mix – leave in drainer for time being
  2. Thinly slice garlic and chilli
  3. Add a good dash olive oil to a frying pan, place on medium heat and add chilli and garlic
  4. Saute till just loosing colour (careful as do not want to over do garlic), add crab, salt and pepper
  5. Add spaghetti to garlic mixture, squeeze lemon over and tear a few basil leaves, mix carefully and serve.

Shopping List

  • 250g quinoa spaghetti (from wholefoods, planet earth or online)
  • 100 – 200g fresh crab meat
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 chilli
  • Basil
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 lemon
