Founded by Jemima Jones and Lucy Carr-Ellison, the successful duo behind bespoke catering company Tart London, and Tom Warren, founder of leading photography studio Lock Studios.
Wild by Tart is a neighbourhood restaurant offering a fully immersive, multi-purpose space. Housed in a former power station and coal store, the 9,000 sq. ft site combines restaurant, bar, deli and kiosk, retail offering, events space and photography studio. We’re inspired by exciting new flavours, good produce and the pure pleasure of creating a delicious meal. Wild by Tart is about living and eating well.
KIOSK. Smoothies tailored to suit your mood, served alongside fresh juices, teas and speciality coffee roasted by Union Coffee.
DELI. A neighbourhood one-stop shop, everything you need to create your own Tart dishes at home. The deli’s daily changing menu offers up freshly baked pastries, homemade granolas, and seasonal breakfast boxes. Lunch features an exciting selection of super-tasty salads and sandwiches, using vegetables fresh off the BBQ and a pasta station serving made to order pots from our courtyard. The deli also sells jars of Tart’s homemade jams, chutneys, sauces and spices, larder essentials and retail pieces.
RESTAURANT. Where possible ingredients are sourced from the Tart family farms. Jemima brings surplus vegetables back from her gardens in Somerset. Our chefs work closely with Harry Boglione, the owner of Haye Farm, to create daily specials using the fresh deliveries plucked from his kitchen gardens. Belted Galloway's are sourced from Lucy's family in Northumberland, along with honey from their very own beehives. Tamworth pigs, Britain's oldest pure breed, and lamb also comes from Jemima's farm. These animals are reared organically and ethically, free to graze and roam as they please.
